📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track the performance of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are utilized efficiently and maintained according to schedule.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods at warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Use logistics software such as SAP and Trucking Management Systems to manage and optimize routes and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Generate and maintain detailed reports on fleet performance, delivery times, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP or Trucking Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
