Country Director - Philippines Market Leadership

Konecranes is seeking a visionary Country Director to spearhead our operations in the Philippine market, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability. As the senior leader for our business in the region, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-30 employees, managing a budget of USD 5-10 million, and ensuring our products and services meet the unique needs of the local market. In this role, you will work closely with our headquarters in Finland to develop and implement strategies that align with our global goals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies. With a strong background in project management, sales, and customer service, you will be well-equipped to tackle the challenges and opportunities that come with this role.

• Lead a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional development and success.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Philippine market, working closely with our headquarters in Finland.
• Manage a budget of USD 5-10 million, ensuring financial stability and sustainability for the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government agencies.
• Ensure our products and services meet the unique needs of the local market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee the development and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent Konecranes at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building brand awareness and establishing our company as a leader in the industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability.
• Strong background in project management, sales, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in the construction, mining, or logistics industry is a plus.
