📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food, and clearing tables.
• Operate the POS system to process orders and payments efficiently.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the management team on guest preferences and service improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front of house or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems, such as Square POS.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
