📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive budget analysis and forecasting for the company's fiscal year.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance against budgeted targets.
• Develop and maintain financial models and scenarios to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate and timely budget submissions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements in financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in budget analysis and financial planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights to various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian fiscal policies and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
