📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and API references.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Review and edit documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Work with designers and developers to ensure documentation is user-friendly.,Provide support to customers through documentation and troubleshooting guides.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software products and technologies.,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proven experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.,Understanding of API documentation and user experience principles.
