📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and maintenance services to laboratory instruments.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.,Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.,Provide training and support to clients on the use of laboratory instruments.,Conduct on-site visits to client locations to provide technical support.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of service calls and maintenance activities.,Stay updated with the latest developments in laboratory instruments and technology.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory instrument service and maintenance.,Familiarity with Shimadzu laboratory instruments is a plus.,Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
