📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and counsel to the management on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.,Lead and manage legal teams, including junior attorneys and legal assistants, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of legal services.,Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.,Oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of legal issues.,Stay updated with legal developments and trends, and provide recommendations for proactive legal planning.,Represent the company in negotiations and transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for Honeywell Technologies.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel, regulators, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,At least 10 years of experience in a legal role, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws, regulations, and business practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and manage legal teams effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.
