📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
