📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide technical support to employees.,Conduct regular IT audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Collaborate with other departments to integrate IT solutions that support business goals.,Provide training and support to employees on IT systems and tools.,Monitor and respond to IT incidents and issues to minimize downtime and disruption.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Experience with IT audits, assessments, and compliance.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with IT project management and strategic planning.,Certifications in IT management or related fields are a plus.
