📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure financial accuracy.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounting.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of managing budgets and financial planning.
