📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound calls to promote our dairy products and services.,Maintaining and updating customer records and databases.,Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Providing regular reports on sales activities and customer interactions.,Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM card for making and receiving calls.
