📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance to reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to fleet operations.,Prepare and maintain detailed reports on fleet performance and operational activities.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and GPS tracking systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving a commercial vehicle is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
