📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product information and answering customer inquiries.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and phone inquiries.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information.,Assist in the organization and management of the retail inventory.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.,Assist in the training of new retail staff members.,Support the retail manager in achieving sales targets and goals.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and sales tools.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with automotive products and services is a plus.,Ability to meet sales targets and goals.
