📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.,Manage the store's budget and ensure profitability.,Train and develop the store's staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia.
