📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms,Monitor social media analytics and provide regular reports,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly,Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in organizing social media campaigns and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role,Proven track record of creating engaging and effective social media content,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail
