📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew.,Ensure safety and compliance with all regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on crew performance and safety metrics.,Handle crew scheduling and leave requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols.,Provide training and support to new crew members.,Maintain accurate records of crew activities and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Valid certification in maritime safety or equivalent.,Experience with crew management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field is preferred.
