📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Area Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating various projects and activities.,Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
