Beeantah Industrial is seeking a highly experienced Senior EHS & Compliance Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of our manufacturing and logistics operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement EHS and compliance programs to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.,Provide leadership and training to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.,Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in EHS and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS and compliance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.,Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant safety qualifications are a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with EHS management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
