📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.,Ensure the smooth flow of goods from receipt to delivery, maintaining accurate records and minimizing errors.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.,Proficient in using warehouse management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to travel occasionally for warehouse audits and inspections.
