📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Monitor departmental performance and ensure that all activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all activities are aligned and coordinated effectively.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Ensure that all employees are trained and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of the industry and the ability to apply this knowledge to improve departmental performance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
