📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the organization.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting is a plus.
