📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.

Conduct market research and price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.

Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities.

Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms and conditions.

Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Support the purchasing team in achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Recent graduate or have limited experience in purchasing or related fields.

Basic knowledge of procurement processes and practices.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
