📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist guests with their luggage upon arrival.
- Provide directions to guest rooms and resort facilities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the resort's public areas.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the resort.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to resort policies and procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Promote a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with resort operations and guest services.
- Physical stamina to assist guests with luggage.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
