Bright Express Berjaya is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both remotely and in the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and guides.,Support the marketing team with product documentation and collateral.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
