Hub Diamond Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and control of inventory, ensuring smooth operations and efficient stock management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and control of inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations to maintain accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of inventory.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company's inventory management system.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Provide support to the Inventory Manager in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
