As the Beauty Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of beauty consultants, ensuring our products are displayed attractively, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our marketing team to promote our beauty products and services, and you will have the chance to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of beauty consultants, providing training and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the display and merchandising of beauty products to attract customers and drive sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a steady supply of beauty products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the beauty retail operations in Bali.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in beauty retail management or a related field is a plus.
